This is my story – At the age of 49 i am overweight and have been battling the last 5 years to get down in my weight. In 2000 my wife and went to Mozambique to do relief work. During this time i got malaria that turned severe. I wasn’t treated properly at the hospital in Durban which resulted in me get relapses every few months. This apart from messing up my life also took its toll on my body. As i was not longer energetic and getting up to 6 relapses a year with nobody able to help me my body started to suffer. i picked up weight as i was no longer able to do much exercise. i finally started to manage by taking chloroquine during the relapse as it went away. Slowly i started getting better. This year  i’ve had 2 relapses already but i now take plasmaquine Taking this stop the relapse in it’s track.  In the meantime my sugar has also gone haywire and i decided that i am going to change my lifestyle to cope with my sugar. Since i have done this my sugar have stabilize but now and again it goes higher than I want it to be.

i love working with my hand and is doing some building on 2 houses on my property currently. Because of all these problems i am very frustrated as being overweight and combined with my other problems i am just not able to loose these extra kilos plus my energy levels is down.

+- 2 months ago i started changing my lifestyle by eating only low gi bread. I also stopped eating a few other things. I weight in at a healthy 155kg.  Yesterday i checked my weight and it is down to 138kg. I didn’t drop this by taking any tablets or diet stuff. i wear a size 44 jeans. At the moment i pull the belt as tight as i can and i easily slip the pants of without releasing the belt. So seems i am having victory but it is to slow for me.

I have a 30 day supply of Simply Slim and am going to give it a bash to see what happens.  i became interested in the product as it is states it is 100% herbal and as i have sugar problems Simply Slim also claims that it doesn’t have any negative effects on diabetes patients.

At the same time i do internet marketing and i am going to see how i can get tons of traffic to this website in a month that it will end up being smoking hot from visitors

So come with me on this 30 day journey – as what do i have to loose but only kilo’s – and who knows, maybe you can learn from this as well

  1. @Johan, my motives is to uncover if all of this really is a smear campaign or if all the statements are facts. I have honestly not had any of these said symptoms but very interested in the side effects everyone is having. I wouldlike to point out to you that you are very open to share your feelings and opinions when there are comments for SS but when any persons states straight forward facts that is to the point you respond in private. Whats up with that? And again I am not an agent as taht is your assumption whenever anybody has anything good to say about SS

  2. Hi Johan – just a few things.

    Firstly, in your paragraphs above, you explain that you have had extensive medical problems – have you ever consulted a doctor??? You complain about the side effects of a rather potent slimming product, but you started taking it without consulting a doctor, without checking whether you are actually medically fit to put your body under the strain of dealing with a slimming product. Despite of the packaging telling you of side effects in detail – it even says on the outside of the box to consult a doctor! Of course you will suffer! Why didn’t you do your homework on Bitter Orange? If you have suffered relapses, your immune system is weak – you can’t take slimming products, or go on a weight loss program without medical guidance! How can you blame the product if you take NO responsibility for your personal health? Did you take malaria medication before you went to Mozambique??….

    Secondly – I just want to point out that the picture you display at the top of your website of the simply slim blister pack is NOT the authentic packaging. The packaging you display above is a blank silver foil. The authentic simply slim packaging is brown and silver with the words Simply Slim printed on it. The capsules you have in the pictures above also don’t have the words Simply Slim printed in green on it. ARE YOU ACTUALLY SURE THAT YOU USED THE *REAL* PRODUCT? No wonder you say you lost no weight and suffered major side effects!

    Lastly, You keep saying that Simply Slim lies to the public, meanwhile ALL the ingredients, ALL the side effects and ALL the instructions are printed on the box and in the pamphlet IN DETAIL! You complain about Sibutramine, after it was proven simply slim does NOT contain Sibutramine, but some of the product shots on your website is NOT of the authentic Simply Slim packaging! This also means that all the other people who suffered probably didn’t use the real product either!

    Do your homework and think before you complain!

  3. Ek sien jou energievlakke was laag, jy het suikerprobleme en ander probleme gehad voor jy “Simply Slim” begin gebruik het?

    @Liezel – heeltemaal reg Liezel en ek het voor ek simply slim begin gebruik het my suiker sonder enige mediese hulp onder beheer gehad. Dit is hoekom ek simply slim gevat het want volgen hulle is dit goed vir diabetese mense en laat jou suiker beter maak en gee jou hope energie. Wel dit is twak ne want soos jy sien die probleme wat ek toe gekry het was deur simply slim wat SIBUTRAMIEN bevat. Ja ek het ander problem gehad – ek was oorgewig

    Liezel jy weet ek gee nie om as jy hier post nie maar om n klomp twak comment oral te laat help niemand nie en sal dan jou IP label as spam. Die website het niks te doen met my engels of skryf vermoei nie. Ek is afrikaan maar engels sprekend en nie perfek in alby taale nie so hou op met all die nutelose comments wat jy maak.

    As die goed vir jou gewerk goed so maar wat van die mense soos in vandag se beeld wat amper n hartaanval gekry het – WAAR IS DIE MENS IN JOU –

    En as jy die manse gaan aanval wat die newe-effekte report dan se ek nou vir jou stop dit want mense het seer gekry JOHAN

    Ek sukkel ook met my gewig en het oor die jare al baie produkte probeer, gelukkig nie Simply Slim nie.Baie dankie vir jou interresante artikels.Iemand op Facebook het my vertel van jou webtuiste. Ek het so twee maande gelede ‘n produk by my huisdokter op voorskrif gekry, wat lyk asof dit werk vir gewigsverlies en het geen newe-effekte nie. Hierdie tipe produkte moet gladnie oor die toonbank beskikbaar wees nie.

    Just want to find out, I was taking SS for 1 week and had serious side effects – I have been off for 2 weeks, and I would like to find out how long it stays in your system for? I am still feeling terrible
